500-Crore "Scam" and Sandeep Maheshwari Fight: Vivek Bindra's Previous Scandals

New Delhi: According to police, businessman and motivational speaker Vivek Bindra is accused of hitting his wife in Noida. The claims have prompted an investigation by the authorities, who have promised to take the necessary action after their findings are reviewed.
The brother of Bindra's wife, Yanika, Vaibhav Kwatra, filed a complaint, leading to the filing of a formal complaint at Noida's Sector 126 police station on December 14. Bindra and Yanika were living in a posh community in Sector 94 of Noida after getting married on December 6.
Hours after the wedding, Bindra allegedly took Yanika inside a room, swore at her, pulled her hair, and physically abused her, according to the details in the FIR. According to the complaint, Yanika's hearing is impaired as a result of the assault. It's said that Bindra also broke her phone.

In a recent video titled "Big Scam Exposed," YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari accused Bindra of offering a multi-level marketing-like course. The purported scam, which is estimated to be worth nearly ₹ 500 crore, entails siphoning off enormous sums of money from students in order to teach them "business". In response, Bindra defended himself and Mr. Maheshwari on his YouTube channel, refuting any wrongdoing. As Bindra claimed threats against his legal team and that his employees had broken into Mr. Maheshwari's home, the dispute grew more heated.
Debate Concerning the Sikh Community
The Sikh community retaliated against Bindra in June 2022 after he included an animated picture of Guru Gobind Singh in one of his videos. Bindra was forced to issue an apology in response to calls for one following the scandal.

The Indian Medical Association (IMA) brought legal action against Bindra in 2018. In a video called "Reality of Indian Medical System," Bindra was accused by the IMA of disparaging doctors. The court emphasized the value of freedom of expression after Bindra prevailed over a possible ₹ 50 crore defamation suit.
